To turn off airplane mode if it's on, touch the iconon the screen, touch “Fight mode”, then button becomes dim.  For problems with Wi Fi1) Make sure Wi Fi is on. On the Start screen, touch Start iconin PC mode or touch more setting icon in tablet mode> select Settings > Network & wireless > Wi Fi to check. If you're not connected to a network, select one you recognize from the list to connect. 2) Swipe left from the right side the screen to open the action center, then select Expand > Airplane mode to turn it off if airplane mode is on.3) Move closer to the router or access point.If none of these things work, restart your tablet and your Wi Fi router. This should be one of the last thing you can try.
